How to update your Profile Information

Easily update all your account settings, including your profile name, organization, address, and any other personal information. Here’s how:

Once logged into your Visme dashboard, click your name in the top right corner. Then, select “Account Settings” from the dropdown menu to access the Account Settings tab.

What can I do from the account settings tab?

Login Information: You can check and update your login information, such as your username, Visme account number, and email.

Password & Security: You can check and update your Visme account password.

Two-step verification: If you have an enterprise account, you can enhance security by adding an extra layer of protection to block unauthorized access. Simply toggle the Two-step verification switch to ON.

Language: You can select the language you want for the Visme Editor.

Notifications: You can subscribe/unsubscribe from Visme Emails and Newsletters.

Delete your account: You can delete your Visme account. Please note that if you delete your account, you can no longer access any of your projects or log in to Visme.

Update your profile information

From the menu on the left, select the Profile tab and update all your contact information. Click on Update Information to move forward.

Do you need to rename your Workspace in Visme? By updating your Workspace name, all of your fellow users added to your Workspace will be able to identify the Workspace with the given name. Learn more here.
