Google drive and Visme integration means no more switching between these two apps since you will be able to move back and forth between Google Drive and Visme seamlessly. Bring your images, pdfs and other files into your Visme project with few clicks. You will also be able to export your Visme projects directly into your Google drive folder.
Here is how:
First, create a Google Drive account at drive.google.com if you do not have one already. Login to your Visme account. In the editor, click Apps from the left panel.
Click Google Drive account under the Cloud Apps category and hit the Connect button. You will then be prompted to grant Visme access to your Google Drive files. Once done, you will be redirected back to Visme editor to see that Google has been successfully connected with your Visme account.
You can now bring your Google Drive files into Visme projects. From the Apps tab, click Google Drive, then click View my Google Drive files. A pop-up will open where you can select one or more files, the selected file will be automatically inserted into your project canvas where you can resize it and adjust as needed.
The files imported from Google Drive can also be found under My Files tab with all other assets which you have uploaded previously.
To export your projects into your Google drive, click the Download button located on the top-right corner. Choose the export format and from the drop-down menu, select Google Drive.
The exported file will be saved into your main Google Drive folder.
If you want to disconnect your Google Drive account from Visme completely or link another Google drive account, go to Apps, then Google Drive app and then click the Disconnect button.
Disconnecting your Google drive account won’t remove the files you have imported from Google drive, you can still access them under My Files tab.
