I see some differences in the Visme editor versus to what I see when I preview and publish a project.
This case is rare but it is possible depending on few technical factors. First, make sure you turn off all extensions in your browser. You can log out and retry. If you continue to have issues, contact us and we can assist you with a resolution.
My published project is taking too long to load or not rendering properly.
Again, see above answer for tips. Additionally, make sure your project does not contain large files. For example, if you uploaded numerous images with the size of 500KB or more each in your project, these will increase the loading time of your project.
You may acquire a lot of layers during the design process. Make sure you clean up your project before you publish. Try remove objects that you are not using anymore to lighten the size of your project and improve loading times.
I downloaded my project and it’s not downloading properly.
This is often related to the weight of your project. The more objects or layers you have, the heavier your project gets which leads to potential download issues. For example, using too many dynamic objects such as Graphs or Infograph widgets will not only slow down the system, it will cause download issues.
What you can do is reduce the number of objects by removing the ones you no longer need. This will improve your download file and project stability.
I downloaded my project as PDF but there are some text wrapping.
This is a rare occurrence. There are some restrictions in how texts in HTML5 can render during export. Some tips that can help reduce or eliminate this issue is to change text justification (Left vs. Center) or stretch your text box wider or taller. Learn More.
I’m using Google Chrome and having rendering issues during editing.
Make sure you turn off extensions if you are using Google Chrome. Some extensions can affect editing.
